With over 15 years of experience in the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Ralph Moreno is a leading consultant specializing in compliance, optimization, and innovative healthcare solutions. His passion for public health drives his work in enhancing the effectiveness and accessibility of the 340B program. As the 340B Solution Lead at Rightway Healthcare, Ralph spearheads regulatory strategies and develops groundbreaking initiatives to address public health challenges.

Previously, Ralph served as a consultant for NASTAD, where he strengthened Medicaid and Public Health departments' capabilities. He also led 340B compliance efforts as Director of Professional Services at Nuvem Health. A recognized expert and public speaker, Ralph is dedicated to advancing 340B program integrity and innovation. He holds a Master’s in Health Sector Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University.
